Who Is CrossFit For? CrossFit is for everyone and anyone. We welcome clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels. Our program is designed to be easily scaled and modified to anyone’s needs.

Is CrossFit Dangerous?

No. Poor coaching and poor practices are dangerous. At CrossFit Monterey, our coaches are experienced not only in teaching movements, but in scaling and modifying workouts for each individual client. Our workouts are designed by coaches who have been successful with high level athletes and general population clients alike, and are created to keep you safe, make you fit, and challenge you.

Do you allow Drop-Ins?

Yes! We love having visitors! In order to make sure you’re placed in the right class, head to our schedule to see what time works best for you and sign-up! If you have issues registering for a class online, please give us a call and we’ll get you situated! 831-920-3522

The drop-in rate is $20/session, $45/3 sessions.

Do I need to reserve a space in one of your classes prior to attending?

Yes. In order to ensure quality instruction, we cap our classes and require all attendees to reserve a spot.

I’m in good shape. Do I have to do the On-Ramp Program?

Yes. The On-Ramp is not just about fitness level. It’s also about safely introducing the core movements of CrossFit. We are sticklers for good mechanics, and require that all of our clients, no matter age or fitness level, go through the On-Ramp Program.
